Join Ayesha for a fun and engaging social hour! Every Monday, we meet virtually for a lively chat and fun activities. On Wednesdays and Fridays, come hang out with us in person for a variety of enjoyable activities like coloring, walking the track, playing cornhole, and some light physical fitness. It’s the perfect opportunity to meet new friends, relax, and stay active.

Join SJ in our state-of-the-art gym and indoor track! Whether you're looking to improve your strength, endurance, or overall health, SJ's dynamic workouts are designed to keep you motivated and engaged. Our full gym offers a variety of equipment and facilities to suit all fitness levels, while the indoor track provides a great space for running and walking regardless of the weather.

Unified Dry Land Training

Our Unified Dryland Training program offers Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners the opportunity to train together in an inclusive and supportive environment. Designed to improve strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination, this training helps athletes enhance their overall fitness and prepare for competition, all while fostering teamwork and social connections.

Athletes and partners engage in bodyweight exercises, stretching routines, and cardio workouts, creating a fun and empowering space that promotes inclusion and mutual support. Join us in making fitness accessible to all and experience the power of training together!
