His impact on Alaskans is immeasurable, and his legacy in our community is certain to last generations. Endowment Information

The Jim Balamaci Memorial Fund is an endowment fund that was established at The Alaska Community Foundation in 2018 in memory of Jim Balamaci, long-time President and CEO of Special Olympics Alaska. This endowment fund was created to support Special Olympics Alaska now and forever.

Board of Trustees

Trustees are individuals who are community and civic leaders, passionate about Special Olympics Alaska, our athletes and our mission. This honor is bestowed by our Board of Directors and the organization in gratitude and recognition of individuals who have successfully served Special Olympics Alaska with distinction and excellence.
