Afternoons with Ayesha – M (via Zoom) W/F (in person), 1:30-2:30pm, Join Special Olympics Alaska athlete and staff member, Ayesha Abdul-Jillil, for a fun hour of social connection. Monday sessions will take place via Zoom and Wednesday/Friday sessions will take place in person at the Jim Balamaci Training Center.  School of Strength: Unified Fitness Kit Workout – Special Olympics and WWE athletes collaborated to create a full body workout using a variety of equipment.
 
 
Jr. NBA Special Olympics Day Clinic, a free 45-minute virtual session to our athletes and coaches on Zoom.  Every third Thursday of each month from 1:00-1:45 p.m. ET.  You must also sign-up in OWQLO. The OWQLO app can be downloaded on the App store on Apple or Google Play on Android devices.
Special Olympics Fit 5 Resources – Fitness cards and videos made by and for Special Olympics athletes! As well as great resources for hydration and nutrition.

 

Special Olympics Champions Playlist on Pandora, created by Special Olympics athletes and Unified partners to inspire listeners of all abilities to bring out their inner champion.
