2026 Special Olympics USA Games

GAMES OVERVIEW

27 athletes and Unified partners will represent Team Alaska at the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games. Team Alaska will compete in Unified bowling, Unified golf, Unified bocce, Swimming, Track and Field, Powerlifting, Gymnastics and Unified basketball.

The 2026 USA Games will bring 3,000+ athletes, 1,500 coaches, 10,000+ volunteers and 75,000 fans to Minnesota from June 20–26, 2026 for a weeklong celebration of ability and inclusion. This celebration is a chance for our state to help raise awareness and support for the lasting impact of the Games and their power to reshape how our community thinks about inclusion, health and the unifying power of sports.
