Our Unified Sports program is dedicated to promoting social inclusion through shared sports training and competition experiences. It joins people with and without intellectual disabilities together who then play and compete on the same team. It was inspired by a simple principle: training together and playing together is the quickest path to friendship and understanding.

Unified Sports teams are made up of people with similar ages and abilities. This makes practices more fun, and the games more challenging and exciting for everyone. Having sport in common is just one more way that preconceptions and false ideas are swept away. Our only opponent is intolerance, and only shoulder-to-shoulder, as teammates together, can we defeat it.
